For medical universities, it is particularly important to improve the quality of ideological and political education for medical students due to their mission of safeguarding the lives and health of the people. The rapid development of online digital resources has brought new opportunities and challenges to ideological and political teaching in medical colleges and universities. This article summarizes the teaching papers on ideological and political education in human anatomy courses that have been published on China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), and combines the current teaching practice of ideological and political education in medical colleges and universities to explore the application models and approaches of digital resources in medical ideological and political education. Throughout the entire teaching process, by organically integrating digital "Gratitude to Silent Teachers", visiting the online and offline combined human body museum, online learning of the digital medical ideological and political case library, and medical websites, etc., digital network resources are efficiently utilized to provide medical students with rich ideological and political elements and learning opportunities, enhancing the pertinence and appeal of ideological and political teaching. Realize the full coverage of digital means in ideological and political education throughout the teaching process. This study provides a useful exploration and attempt on how medical colleges can apply digital resources to enhance the achievements of ideological and political education in the context of the digital age.
